Glam Up Your Clothespins!
So, I had planned to make my clothespins look prettier. I wanted to paint them, but then I had an idea. What if I use my acrylic gems to glam them up? And that's what I did! This is the easiest project ever, ha! And I love the way they turned out. I just hot glued the gems {Hobby Lobby} onto the clothespins, and voila! What do you think?
I hope you are having a fantastic week!

Back To School 2013
I survived my first day back! Oh, and I loved it! I am in LOVE with my sweet kids. And since this teacher is still working on school stuff, I will show you a few pictures to describe my day.
My kiddos colored their superheroes {school theme}
Jitter Juice was a favorite! They had too much fun!
They were anxious to add magic sprinkles to their special juice.
This is their first picture :) I love it! It is simple, but sweet and cute, don't you think? I found this darling idea here. Then, I thought of decorating one of my doors like this. I will be adding rainbow words :), but I also thought it would be a nice way to take their pictures.
I hope you are having a fantastic week!

Ten Things About Me
1. I love God! I serve an AMAZING God, and I am beyond thankful for everything I have. He amazes me every single day, and I believe there is nothing better than knowing that He will be with me every day…forever!
2. I am an only child. Even though I love it, I would have LOVED having brothers or sisters. I enjoy being alone. Well, not all the time, but sometimes I need it. Is it because I am an only child? ha!
3. I married my high school sweetheart. We have been married for almost 3 years. I love him so very much! We have so much fun together…he makes my heart smile!
4. I have a beautiful baby! Well, she is not a human baby :) but I love her dearly. Her name is Coco and she is something else. This cute frenchie stole my heart from day one.
5. This will be my 4th year teaching Kindergarten. I can't believe that my first sweeties will be third graders…what? Yes, and I still remember them every single day. I LOVE my job, and I can't see myself doing anything else.
6. I love music. Music makes me happy…I just wish I could sing, ha! But I don't care and still do it, at least at home and in the classroom!
7. I love crafts…a-little-bit-too-much! Yes, I do! I love creating new things for my classroom, which is also why I think I have the perfect job! I can continue creating as when I was in school. I was the one adding glitter, ribbons, puffy paint and everything I could think of to all of my projects.
8. I speak English and Spanish. I went to school in Mexico for most of my life. My family lives in Mexico, but I see them every week :D. I live in the border and it's easy to cross the bridge and see my parents.
9. I can remember lots of stuff that has happened to me {including the date, time, what I was wearing, and even the smell} Is that weird?
10. I keep a gratitude journal. Every night, before I go to sleep I open my journal. I think of three things I am thankful for, and write a thank you letter to God. My handwriting at night might not be the best, but I know He can read it :)

New Blog Design/Monday Made It
These last days of Summer vacation I have been organizing and decorating my classroom. Last week I decorated my tables. It was such a fun process and I know my kids will love it! I also think that this will give my room a special touch and make it look more colorful. I will show you some pictures, so you can see how my tables look for this new school year. At my school, teachers officially go back on August 19th, and students on the 26th. When do you go back to school? I hope you have a beautiful and blessed week.
Ustedes, ¿cuándo regresan a clases?
Que tengan una linda y bendecida semana.

I Heart Science!
Happy Friday everyone! Even though it is Summer, I still love Fridays, do you?
I thought I'd share with you my latest creation...The Scientist {yes, I love Coldplay}. I have been working on this baby for a few weeks now, I wanted it to be perfect for my babies to learn about what a scientist is and the tools he/she uses. I think this will be the perfect way to get them interested in Science.
And since this teacher LOVES Science, I also created We Heart Science {a super special journal}. I am super excited about this, and my kids usually love their Science journals, so I think this will get them even more excited. There are 110 pages of engaging activities that your kiddos will LOVE.
Do you love science too?
