Hello 2016!

Hello sweet friends!  I hope you are having a fantastic day. I feel very happy about our first linky party in 2016! I love new beginnings! A new year is a fresh start, a blank canvas ready to be filled with new memories :) I am excited to share with you a new project that I hope you love as much as I do! All Things Alphabet Linky Party!

Today I am super excited for Babbling Abby's Linky Party! I want to share with you a few updates I have made to my some of my alphabet products :)

I love  my "Fabulous Alphabet" you just print and go and the kids LOVE these! There are various activities included in a single page!

This is my latest product and I love it because it is meaningful and colorful :) I have included the alphabet, vowels, numbers 1-100, odd and even numbers, 2D shapes, and 3D shapes.

I can't believe my summer is coming to an end. I love being at home, but I miss the classroom and being around children. Thinking about this new beginning in second grade makes me happy!

Cambios y nuevos horizontes

¡Hola, hola! ¿Cómo están? Yo muy bien gracias a Dios, muy contenta ahora que acaba de pasar mi primera semana de vacaciones. Les quería compartir algo muy especial que me pasó la última semana de clases. Pues este próximo ciclo escolar seré maestra de segundo grado. La verdad me siento llena de emociones. Por una parte sé que extrañaré a mis pequeñitos de kinder. Sin embargo, estoy sumamente emocionada por este nuevo reto y ver todo lo que podremos hacer en mi nuevo salón de segundo…¡aún no lo creo!

Todas mis cosas ya están bien guardaditas en mi nuevo salón de clases, así que me la he pasado pensando en nuevas ideas y buscando cositas en Pinterest.

Sweet Pictures

God is so good! I had to say it :) I am continuously amazed by His infinite love and grace.
Today is a happy Saturday, mainly because of the weather...it makes me smile :)

This is my bulletin board :D. I am in love with it because it is so inspirational. I enjoy reading those words every.single.day! 

Jitter Juice is ALWAYS a favorite. My kids LOVED mixing it with magic sprinkles. Yes, the ones that make you smarter ;)

We have been learning all about science and what a scientist does, so much fun!

I love this writing anchor chart! It is very colorful and fun. My kids are learning so much and I know they will become excellent writers :)

Oh, so my birthday was last Tuesday and my sweet aunt baked me this cake, OMG! It was absolutely delicious!

Mother's Day Craft and More

I am so, SO, so excited for Mother's Day! I came up with a new craft that my little ones will give to their sweet moms. We will be working on it this week!

Grandparents Day

Tomorrow is our Grandparents Day Open House, and I am exhausted! I just hope they'll have a good time :) My kiddos enjoyed making their sweet gifts {We Love Our Grandparents}

Glam Up Your Clothespins!

So, I had planned to make my clothespins look prettier. I wanted to paint them, but then I had an idea. What if I use my acrylic gems to glam them up? And that's what I did! This is the easiest project ever, ha! And I love the way they turned out. I just hot glued the gems {Hobby Lobby} onto the clothespins, and voila! What do you think?

Back To School 2013

I survived my first day back! Oh, and I loved it! I am in LOVE with my sweet kids. And since this teacher is still working on school stuff, I will show you a few pictures to describe my day.

My kiddos colored their superheroes {school theme}

Jitter Juice was a favorite! They had too much fun!

This is their first picture :) I love it! It is simple, but sweet and cute, don't you think? I found this darling idea here. Then, I thought of decorating one of my doors like this. I will be adding rainbow words :), but I also thought it would be a nice way to take their pictures.

Classroom Sneak Peek

What a week! That's all I can say. On Friday morning, we had our "meet the teacher" day and I met my sweet babies. I am in LOVE! They are too cute, precious, sweet, little...I could go on and on! I can't wait to see them on Monday! My classroom is *ready* I think! Here is a sneak peek! I will be posting more pictures this week. When do you go back to school?

Ten Things About Me

1. I love God!  I serve an AMAZING God, and I am beyond thankful for everything I have. He amazes me every single day, and I believe there is nothing better than knowing that He will be with me every day…forever!

2. I am an only child. Even though I love it, I would have LOVED having brothers or sisters. I enjoy being alone. Well, not all the time, but sometimes I need it. Is it because I am an only child? ha!

3. I married my high school sweetheart. We have been married for almost 3 years. I love him so very much! We have so much fun together…he makes my heart smile!

4. I have a beautiful baby! Well, she is not a human baby :) but I love her dearly. Her name is Coco and she is something else. This cute frenchie stole my heart from day one. 

5. This will be my 4th year teaching Kindergarten. I can't believe that my first sweeties will be third graders…what? Yes, and I still remember them every single day. I LOVE my job, and I can't see myself doing anything else. 

6. I love music. Music makes me happy…I just wish I could sing, ha! But I don't care and still do it, at least at home and in the classroom! 

7. I love crafts…a-little-bit-too-much! Yes, I do! I love creating new things for my classroom, which is also why I think I have the perfect job! I can continue creating as when I was in school. I was the one adding glitter, ribbons, puffy paint and everything I could think of to all of my projects.

8. I speak English and Spanish. I went to school in Mexico for most of my life. My family lives in Mexico, but I see them every week :D. I live in the border and it's easy to cross the bridge and see my parents. 

9. I can remember lots of stuff that has happened to me {including the date, time, what I was wearing, and even the smell} Is that weird? 

10. I keep a gratitude journal. Every night, before I go to sleep I open my journal.  I think of three things I am thankful for, and write a thank you letter to God. My handwriting at night might not be the best, but I know He can read it :)
